While the energy of this season descends\, Fall is a natural time to express grief and find solace. From 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM\, let the tranquil nature of the arboretum soothe your spirit\, and allow a calming Qi Gong practice to calm and regulate your energy. This session will guide you through expressive writing practice and a creative mixed media art experience that will transform love and memory into a meaningful and healing creative mixed media collage. Come find comfort\, connection\, and creative expression in this special time of remembrance.
