Join Susie Neighbors\, one of our newest instructors and Arboretum neighbor\, on a hike along the Arboretum trails. There will be points along the way where the group will stop and stretch under the canopy of the trees or in the meadows of sunshine. Susie will help you expand your muscles and joints so that you’re ready to take on the rest of your week. All levels of experience are welcome.

DESCRIPTION:Qigong\, pronounced “chi gong\,” has both psychological and physical benefits. Individuals practice body movement\, breath\, and posture in order to optimize over all health and well-being. Qigong was developed thousands of years ago as a part of Chinese medicine. Instructor Thomas will guide participants through breathing patterns and gentle movement underneath the trees of the Arboretum.
