SUMMARY:Mindfulness Tour
DESCRIPTION:This intimate tour focuses not on meditation\, but instead on learning to bring mindful awareness to oneself\, and the world around us\, through intentional observation and connections. An experienced guide will provide a foundation for the art of contemplative exploration throughout various Garden spaces\, and gently guide awareness away from the busyness of everyday life\, back toward the connection to nature and experience of peace.

SUMMARY:Renewal in the Trees
DESCRIPTION:Bring your longing – emotional or physical – to the trees for an energy shift and perhaps direct answers. We will start with a workshop introduction\, each choose a Tree Transformation Card\, and walk to the beech trees for qigong and to experience beeches’ support and intelligence. Then move on to a remarkable group of trees including Chinese white pine\, dawn redwood\, Japanese red pine\, gingko\, and others. These trees offer wisdom\, courage\, new beginnings\, connection with our buddha nature\, and more. We will move to different trees as they call to us and experience the transformation offered. Bring a journal or phone memo for the option to record what you receive.
