DESCRIPTION:Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating yoga and meditation class amidst the beautiful surroundings of Hoyt Arboretum. This outdoor class is a partnership between prAna Portland and Hoyt Arboretum\, led by Tessa Tovar. Tessa will guide participants through a series of gentle Yin Yoga postures that will help release tension and increase flexibility in the body. We will hold postures for several minutes each\, allowing for a deep stretch and release of connective tissues in the body.
