Each month features a different forest-centric craft: June 15 Ð forest bracelets; July 20 Ð forest in a bottle; August 17 Ð tree people. Work on the craft as a family and bring the forest home with you.

DESCRIPTION:Qigong\, pronounced Òchi gong\,Ó has both psychological and physical benefits. Individuals practice body movement\, breath\, and posture in order to optimize over all health and well-being. Qigong was developed thousands of years ago as a part of Chinese medicine. Instructor Thomas will guide participants through breathing patterns and gentle movement underneath the trees of the Arboretum.
