Washington Park Summer Festival: Opera in the Park

This beloved Portland summer tradition returns, featuring world-class performances at the gorgeous Rose Garden Amphitheater in Washington Park. Opera in the Park presents Angela Brown in Verdi’s Aida.

Note: parking will be extremely limited. The Washington Park Free Shuttle will run until 9:30 p.m., Aug. 5 – 7 only. Service will be limited between 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. with shuttles arriving approx. every 30 min. Track the Free Shuttle and learn more about transportation options here. The last TriMet Line 63 bus leaves the Park’s gardens for downtown at 6 p.m. MAX Red & Blue Lines serve the Washington Park MAX Station near the Oregon Zoo approx. every 15 minutes.
