Foundations for Us (outside)

Foundations For Us is a beginner friendly Asana class that focuses on and integrates foundational Yogic philosophy. Slow, and intentional this class is geared to guide you deeper within yourself closer to union (Yoga). Wear something warm and comfy, bring any props you might need and prepare to go inwards.
About the instructor: Mars is the founder of Yoga For Us, a practice for community care, individual growth and healing. With the goal of teaching Yoga in alignment to its roots, Mars creates a space for compassionate mind, body practice. She offers beginner friendly guided meditation, pranayama, and asana to her community and students.
