Qigong

Qigong, pronounced Òchi gong,Ó has both psychological and physical benefits. Individuals practice body movement, breath, and posture in order to optimize over all health and well-being. Qigong was developed thousands of years ago as a part of Chinese medicine. Instructor Thomas will guide participants through breathing patterns and gentle movement underneath the trees of the Arboretum.
