Join Melanie Douville from the Oregon Maple Project to learn about the history, science, process, and best practices for maple sugaring in the PNW. Take a guided walk on Arboretum trails to visit bigleaf maples that have been tapped, as well as watch a tree tapping demonstration. The program will conclude with a maple syrup tasting.
