Winter Tree Energy
Winter draws us inward, and the trees do the same. In this season, evergreens become especially potent— their energy condensed, vibrant, and deeply palpable. In this workshop, we’ll explore these winter currents through gentle Qigong, Tree Transformation Cards, and direct connection with three tree species: Douglas-fir, cedar (deodar, western red, and incense), and redwood.
